The irises are finished

It is real autumn day today. The morning was cold and foggy but now the sky is blue and without cloudes and the sun is heating pretty strong. The swallows had already gone and only a few plants in my garden still have got their flowers. But flower paintings can bring some of the summer spirit in our homes during long autumn and winter days.So I made this irises painting for ones woman dining-room placed on the north side of her house.I think the yellow colour can give a little of sun warmth in that room.
Acryl on canvas with bronze powder, white and gold crayon,
